Extended Returns Policy

To provide extra peace of mind, we’ve extended our returns period for the holiday and gifting season.

Items bought online between 3rd December 2024 and 16th December 2024 can be returned until the 13th January 2025. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Purchases made before 3rd December 2024 and after the 13th December 2024 fall under our standard 28-day return policy.

Standard Returns Policy

Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible.

Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since the day you received your order, a refund will no longer be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. It must be in its original packaging with labels attached and in a suitable condition for FADED STORE to resell the product. For example we will not accept returns that: smell of smoke, are contaminated with pet hair or have stains of any sort. Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging.

If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Socks and underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form.

Alternatively, you can use a courier of your own choice just ensure you keep on to the receipt/tracking details till this parcel is received back with our returns department.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed with customer services.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received by FADED STORE, it may take up to 5-7 working days to be inspected and processed at busy periods. We do not know if we have your parcel until it is processed, please check your tracking to make sure it arrived with us. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on the bank this may take up to 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please firstly check your bank account, or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fadedstore.com

 

Order Issues

You will have 48 hours from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.

 

Faulty Items

If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team on info@fadedstore.com and we will be able to assist you further and advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund.

 

Exchange Items

We're sorry! We don't offer exchanges but you can return your item to us and then re-order the new item/size you want.
